Conference tournaments are a last gasp for some coaches to keep jobs or lose them. Positions at Bradley, UIC, and maybe DePaul are on thin ice. With some local programs as Marquette and others struggling and Loyola on somewhat of a rise there may be a bigger window for us to recruit.
