Ramblers get the win! We are hosting the semi final game on Wednesday. Was too close at the end but we got the win.

Man did that ever get tedious at the end. I'll just say it's a good thing we had such a big lead.

We have to handle late game situations better than that. Terrible fouls, but we made it work.

We didn't play our best game, but we survived and advanced. Another great learning experience, especially for guys like Richardson, Peterson, James, and Ingram.

Doyle didn't adjust well to the touchy whistles in the 2nd half, and hopefully he'll learn from that. Still, Doyle had a +13 on the +/- scale for the game, meaning Loyola scored a 13 point advantage while he was in the game for 27 minutes. Ingram was second with +9, and James was third with +6.

Just got back from the game. It was a little too exciting. The Ramblers found myriad ways to fritter and squander what seemed to be a commanding lead. It almost seemed as if when the Ramblers had a significant lead, they lost their intensity, drive. Ultimately, Loyola won the game. But at the end, I noticed people in the crowd literally covering their eyes. Hints: don't foul guys in the midst of shooting 3-pointers, make your own free throws.
The atmosphere at Gentile was great. There seemed to be more people than at the last game. Loud and lively student section. Lots of gasps from the more seasoned fans.
Congrats, Ramblers.

Another win , however we must put a huge BUT on it ! This team will have to learn quickly how to put teams away . Too young as yet. This will be a learning drill.

Now then we have taken another step up.

GO RAMBLERS !!!

Fun game tonight! Like many of you, I found the last two minutes to a be a bit more exciting than it had to be. We were making some silly mistakes and had a hard time putting them away for good until the last 15 seconds. Nonetheless...a win is a win!

Also, does anyone know how many more 3's Swaggy-T needs to officially pass Blake Schilb's record?
