Just happened to take a look at the roster and saw that Byron Burt has been added. He is a graduate of Mather High, and has been at North Park College. The LU site indicates that he is not eligible this year.
Does anyone know anything about him?

He's a 6'5" Guard. Didn't really play at North Park. Not much out there on his HS career. Guessing he's just a walk on

Byron is a walk-on. I've known him for about 3 years. He has always wanted to come to Loyola for college because he loved the school, academically and for sports, but could not afford to go here. Therefore, he spent last year at a different college. He applied for a lot of scholarships, and saved up money, so he could attend. When he got here, he was going to try and walk-on to the basketball team, and obviously has.
