I am surprised and delighted to learn that Christian has apparently been cleared to play competitive ball so soon after his knee surgery.

Nice catch. Anybody know when he had the surgery? I was thinking it was in August, which would make this fairly early, but not out of the question.

Negron injured his knee in late September and had surgery around October 20th. Current medical practice is to wait a while after the injury before performing surgery to allow for swelling to go down. Also some rehab is done pre-surgery.

He is a little ahead of schedule but not too much. I read 6-8 month recovery time following an ACL surgery.

I just hope he gets back to his former self. Time will tell.
