Just for some perspective, take a look around the conference schedule today:

Indiana State plays UMSL (D-II)
Illinois State plays Quincy (D-II)
Bradley plays Missouri S&T (D-II)
Last week SIU played UIS (D-II)

Illinois is playing Augustana (D-III)

I can’t imagine any of those fanbases are happy with those games, especially the day before a holiday when nobody is on campus. I get the frustration, but it clearly seems to be a trend not unique to us these days.
