Did not play our best, but got some lucky bounces at the end and pulled it out. We averaged 9.2 turnovers for our past six games, but today we had 10 in the first half and 17 for the game.

Shooting 63.6% in the second half and getting to the line 14 times helped turn a 5-point halftime deficit to a 4-point win.

Even when good teams do not play their best they usually find a way to win-- LUC IS a good team--hence a win !!

It does seem that we continue to wear tems down again and again !!

Indiana State has some quick guards. Shot well from 3 too. Their frontcourt didn't impress much.

We have avenged our only home loss of the year.

Was a lot of turnovers for us.....just looked a little ragged....It is a long season and the Conference is a GRIND....legs looked a little tired....maybe time to increase sub playing time????

It kinda looked like we tried to give our backups extended time to play through mistakes but there was a stretch late in the first half where they had something like 4 unforced turnovers in 6 possessions and that thought ended... I’m convinced Indiana state greases the balls up when they plays us

If the cards fall the right way today ....maybe we can take some more chances and instead of focusing on winning we can focus on cleaning up the little stuff and getting the subs up to speed......although that all kind of depends on how much chance we believe we have of getting an at-large if we do not win the tournament.
Another look at this is that probably everyone else has tired legs and is getting ground up as well

Well Natey if this proves ONE thing it is that the MVC is a long race--not a sprint. We are in better position than the rest becuse I believe we have the LONGEST and best bench--PLUS the two game lead with but only four left !!
I say we go for it--win out and take our chances !! Our bench will come through !!
