The pattern of playing up to the competition continues, even more in conference than overall. In the RPIs on Waren Nolan RPI Live, in conference we are 0-3 against top 100 teams (WSU 6 and ISUb 55) but played decently. We are 4-1 against teams in the (mostly low) 100s (MSU 103, N Iowa 124, ISUr 125, Drake 171), and 0-4 against 200+ teams (SIU 225, Bradley 228, Evansville 241). Whether this is mostly a function of the home-road discrepancy TBD, but two of the bad losses were at home.

On the flip side, MSU, ICUr, N Iowa and Drake might argue that they played down to their opponent when facing Loyola.
