Another new hire in the Athletic Department, Jay Malcolm, who will serve as Associate Athletics Director For Compliance under Betsi Burns.

How this personnel move factors into the speculation about the status of the search for the Athletic Director is unclear to me now.

Since he is in charge of compliance, he will probably be vetting the candidates for AD.
