I am in the area and was thinking about heading to the game. Tickets are cheap on Stubhub. Any other Rambler fans on here going to check it out?

I've been to Breslin twice, once for games against Eastern Michigan and Howard on consecutive nights in 1999, and once playing MSU in 2002. It's an eye-opening, big time college basketball environment-- much better than Illinois, Wisconsin, Purdue, or Ohio State. The student section is one of the best I've seen anywhere (although I haven't seen a game at Duke), and the band is loud and excellent. Even back in 1999 they had a really elaborate, state-of-the-art video broadcasting operation with fantastic replay services that were way ahead of their time. Seeing a game there at least once is highly recommended just for getting a picture of what it's possible to aspire to, especially when classes are still in session and the student section is rocking.

I was toying with the idea of going, but with the time change it's a little too hard for me to leave early enough to get there in time. Wish it was a 2.5 hour drive instead of 3.5. Hope you have a great time if you go!
