Does anyone know the status of Earl and Tyson for the game on THursday ?

I know their status for Saturday or after 2:15 PM on Friday for that matter. Ok that was mean. Seriously though I will miss this group of seniors. It is hard to get excited for a tourney when only one Thurs team in recent memory even made the semifinals though. Go Ramblers!

During the Drake game the announcers said they should be ready for Thursday as Peterson was just resting and they didn't say why Smith didn't play. I don't know if this is still true or not though.

Per Porter's Valley interview Tyson went for an MRI and Earl hurt his toe.

I know we love Devon Turk from 3 but Earl and Ben Richardson were at 43 %. Devon was at 36% Milton at 33 and Donte Ingram at 27 ....Tyson Smith at 36.....So hope we have Earl and Tyson back

I saw on the post game press conference that Tyson has a torn ACL. So, that is terrible.

Sad for Tyson--BUT he will be a mainstay next season--Book it !! That is if Eight months is enough time to get well. If not, maybe a red shirt for him. He is a good player and would be missed. Again I say that I am SO sick of these injuries--We seem to get more than our share. Other than the kid who gets hurt, I do not care one whit about our opponents.

Hope you're right, brot. We've seen some pro athletes come back that quickly. I am banking on him being out a year. If he plays next season, I will be pleasantly surprised.

Talking to some people at AM....maybe very optimistic too depend on T SMith next year....From what I gathered this is a repeat injury.
