Yeah, I think that is right about the Savannah tourney. It is a 2 and 2 with us playing two home games as part of the tourney and then two games in Savannah.
I think the AD mentioned that.

Home v.s. Illinois-Chicago
Home v.s. Toledo
@ Boise State
@ Savannah, GA Tourney
Home Game via GA Tourney? (this year teams hosted an on campus game before going to GA)
Home v.s. Non D1? (at least one is almost guaranteed)
@ Milwaukee ?
@ UMKC

So, basically we're looking at having an RPI in the 200s. Sweet.

NC State and Boise State are good; both have a chance to be sub 100. Toledo is usually solid. I truly think UIC could swoop in and win the Horizon as early as next year with their talent and Valpo will adjusting without their star Alec Peters. UMKC currently has an RPI of 182 which is not great but also not bad. I haven't heard anything about playing Milwaukee... I will say at least i've heard of a lot of these schools. I just hope the for the rest we play less horizon teams and instead play some higher mid majors... I'd be cool with one less home game if it means playing at a mid-tier major school as well.

I wish we'd play one game on the road at a top tier program every year (e.g. UNC, UCLA, Duke, MSU, etc.). I think the benefits of doing that are much greater than playing some scrub Div II team. Sure, we'd likely get blown out but (i) we'd get a pretty decent check, (ii) could be a valuable experience and (iii) it'd be a fun road trip. A lot of other programs at our level do this once or twice per season--and some even sneak a win out.

Bumping this today because the MVC/MWC matchup at Boise state was confirmed today. Also I think the savannah invitational (if that comes about) will bring us 2 home games and two games there.

We have drawn some really tough matchups in this challenge, but this is a great opportunity for us. Looks like they lose two starters, but Boise was a top 100 RPI team last year. A road win here would be very helpful for our postseason chances.

Totally agree. Given Moser's scheduling habits, this could be our toughest noncon game of the season, so taking advantage of it will be key.

Given that it's a road game at Boise, that's plausible....but my money would still be on NC State being a tougher matchup.
