My guy is Avery. I think once the system clicks and he stopa thinking so much on the court hes going to be a force. Hes shown flashes in his limited time imo.

25 I sure hope you're right. I've heard the same thing about Uguak a number of times... but didn't "they" say the same thing about Avery?

440 I really really hope that you are right. I would be ecstatic if Avery is on the roster next year!

The hidden gem is going to be Uguak, the 6'7" transfer from New Mexico. You can expect an instant impact. He is quite a talent.

Heard nothing but good things about Uguak.

It's projecting (especially with Custer) but looking ahead you have a likely starting five of:

Custer
Townes
Williamson
Uguak
Krutwig

That's with a pretty strong bench as well.

Man, that's a good lineup. With some really good recruits coming in (I'm really high on Big Frank). Hope Custer stays.

The more I look into Kaifes the more I like as well. He's much more than an elite shooter. Prep Hoops Kansas even listed him in the states top dunkers; while Bujdoso has continued to ascend, now listed as a top 50 pg. Lots to be excited about.

I've heard so much as Uguak might be our top option next year after Custer, he looks that good. And I don't mean to be a downer or gossip, but I would bet just from things I've heard here and there, Avery won't be a Rambler next year

There's some chatter over on the ISU Board about LU being a candidate to leave the MVC for greener pastures! Displacing DePaul in the Big East ... so funny how things have changed ... I have not forgotten how we were treated 5 years ago ... So psyched for the game tomorrow ... Lets kick some Ass! Go RAMBLERS!

I would not be surprised to see Avery leave. He has only one more year left but he got left behind because of his injury and then sulked his way at the end of the bench. You either play the game Porter's way or you do not play at all.
Its a nasty business and these guys are very young.
Most of their lives they are told they are so great and at some point in time they run into competition that knocks them down a peg.
Some respond by stepping up their game, but some respond by being negative and blaming everything but themselves.
Sad but true.
