Don't get me wrong.

I'm not advocating for Moser staying another year; I just think that's what's going to happen.

And I totally agree that the mass exodus of players is a reflection of a "toxic culture" that Moser has created. The players are unhappy playing for him. You can tell by their body language.

Are we even going to have enough players to field a team?!

And who are going to be our starting and backup centers next year?

Doubt it. I highly doubt we get 4-5 this spring. I'd be interested to see what happens in the fall with the class of 2015. Also, Robinson has been by PM's side for a while, Porter might not want to let him go.

Knuth, Peterson and James, are already verbally committed.

I think we are in the lead for Marlon Jones, and have a decent shot at Nolan Berry.

And there are plenty of JUCOs still there for the picking.

I think we sign at least 4 this spring- the three verbals plus another big guy. We ABSOLUTELY need another big guy to go along with James.

Signing a fifth is a 50-50 proposition if Berry goes elsewhere.

4 guards and a small power forward returning. I think if I'd redshirted a year, they'd want me to come back and suit up next year! And that's not a good thing.

Hope this is the end of the roster bleeding. And the rooks come in next year ready to roll.

I feel bad for Crisman and Thomas. Going into their senior years, was hoping they'd have a chance at a big season. Don't see that really happening now.

We better sign 4-5 guys. We have six scholarships available. Three are spoken for verbally.

Before I forget in the heat of the moment, I'd like to thank Jeremy for all his efforts as a Rambler and wish him success in his future endeavors.

Yes, I second this. He is a good kid, and I hope he got a fair shot.

(I'm getting sick of writing that.)

Maybe in light of recent events, we will need more tinkering with our next season's roster. Although a starting lineup of Doyle, Moser, Dokubo, LU Wolf, Sister Jean, with Swella off- the- bench seems formidable, we need to beef up our reserves. I suggest we recruit Coach Swoopes, beg Cully Payne to return, and to fill the vacant center position we can draft some Rambler volleyball players. They can do double-duty for their scholarships! And they are "big men."

The Ramblers did have a basketball player switch over to the volleyball team in Matt Adler.

And a Loyola volleyball player transferred to IPFW to play basketball in David Simon.
