I really thought we realized that we just cannot play OXEN BALL==Just a rotten performance--At the moment this is NOT a good team. Sad but true. Porter , for the first time in a long time was out coached.

That's a really bad loss. I don't remember the last time we looked so clueless. We looked like we had never seen a press before.

Just a horrible performance. It looked like we were in slow motion all night.

Pathetic.

Terrible defense, weak offense. We let Cleveland State out-hustle us. No one wanted to grab rebounds tonight. We are really missing Montel...I can't imagine how we win many games next year when we lose James, Peterson and Turk.

My sentiments exactly.

12 I am not worried about next year--This year is turning bad--worse each outing. Vikes outboarded us and Waters defeated PM, no question. We could NOT make a shot--our long suit--

Worst performance of Porter's tenure all things considered, imo. In a game against a very lackluster opponent when we have the chance to get some wins before heading into conference play.

We play like that in conference---hello Thursday night.

we have no inside presence with out Montel. Makes you really appreciate Christian THomas. We really had two inside players last year with Montell and Christian. I blame this one on recruiting. We did not replace Christian Thomas. My only thought would be is that the kid that went to Bradley was the game plan and the administration let us down by notting getting him in. That would be two if we also count Marvin JOnes? the player from Orr who did not get in cuz somehow they screwed up a summer school class. Winning programs take a lot,everything working together.
The crowd could not have helped either. Oh Brother.
Even when Montel gets back we will be weak inside. We may have to move Milton to a small forward....something....we need a new plan

I do agree also about our reaction to the press....now everyone will press us.

You know, after last year, I had turned a corner on Porter. After the start to this year with the two terrible, terrible losses, I'm back to where I was. I'm back to doubting that he can adequately coach a D1 team. No adjustments on a terrible shooting night.

Better make some serious changes ASAP
