Fun with Anagrams...

Torn Labrum = Burnt Ol' Arm
Doyle Injured = Idled Journey
Labrum Torn = Mortal Burn
Misfortune = Moser Unfit
Coach Porter Moser = Accept Some Horror

Milton Doyle = Not My Ole Lid

I'm not sure what to make of that one.

Loyola has been mum about exactly how and when Milton tore his labrum.

According to the Sun Times, he sustained the injury "shortly before official practice started" [on October 3].

The 4-day Basketball Boot Camp, I believe, was from Sept 23-26.

I think it is a legitimate question to ask whether Milton sustained his injury doing one of the gimmicky, non-basketball related drills shown on the video, such as manhandling large wooden logs, crawling in sand under low wooden fences, or using ropes to pull weighted sleds.

I think there's a fine line between getting players out of their exercise "comfort zones", as Moser says on the video, and exposing them to the threat of injury by making them do unfamiliar drills in a competitive environment.

If he's unable to go he will definitely qualify for a medical redshirt and won't lose a year of eligibility.

He's already sat out a year (his freshman year as a transfer from Kansas) which started the 5 year clock. He'll need to appeal to the NCAA for a 6th year, which is as much of a crap-shoot as they come.

It'd be guaranteed. Don't sweat it.
