Just doing a little digging after intially posting. Never been a head coach (interim for a short period an New Mexico State due to head coach's illness), currently has the Associate Head Coach title at Oregon. Previous stops include Cincinnati, New Mexico State, UT Arlington, and Nebraska Omaha.
Bio on Oregon's website touts him as being a high level recruiter. Ranked as a Top 5 Assistant in the PAC12 in
Stadium's rankings from last year. Quote from that below.
