If a 6% cut across the board was instituted and the rumor was it was going to be 10%, there is more to this story than a MAP grant. I have yet to read an article about the budget cut or a solid reporting of how much it is, but these numbers just don't add up. Something else is going on and if there's is silence from the university, it has to be trouble.
