God I love this team!!

I'm still holding out hope to salvage the Avery investment.

We've expended a lot of resources on him, and he has an athleticism that cold be a huge asset if he gets with the program.

None of the other guys were playing well and I still think he could contribute to the team.

Satterwhite is doing some good things in this game on both ends.

Forget Avery right now. I’ve been very impressed with Satterwhite since the day where he had his bad attitude and fights with Porter v. Bradley. He has been more aggressive on the boards, played smarter, and had a better attitude. Not sure what got to him, but to his credit he has changed his tune and his minutes are increasing again.

I think this game is a big indicator of where we are as a program. We can struggle for a stretch, but eventually, we just wear teams down. I think it's safe to say that we are the most talented team in the league, with the most depth. I really hope we continue to get more and more fans behind us.

I also agree on not worrying about Avery. I agree that we had high hopes that he would help our team -- and if we were losing games and not playing well -- I'd certainly be frustrated if he wasn't seeing the court... But that just hasn't been the case, and at this point, i don't even know if i want to upset the chemistry between the main players we have now, who have been working together as a unit this entire year.

I also fear that if we gave Avery a shot at this point, what you would see is selfish play from a guy wish something to prove... which is not what we need at this point in the season in any conference game.

Pickford is really good. He's going to be a 1st team MVC player for the next 3 years.

In one year I went from dreading having to play Wichita State, to being mad we don't get the chance to play them. i was happy with our CBI championship team, but these guys have taken my fandom to a whole new level. Unbelievable.
