Lucas and Krutwig both had fould called on them when they had position and the offensive player moved into them to cause (minimal) contact. And they called Custer for a really cheap push off.

That said I agree it's probably not a bad thing that we were forced to play some different lineups.

I thought we played a pretty decent game, overall, and the offense looks like it's starting to move more smoothly -- Although we started slow again. When our three point shots actually start too fall, we are going to look a hell of a lot better. I hope that starts happening sooner than later...

BC lost to IUPUI last night. Richmond is 1-1 right now with a loss to Longwood. Wyoming is 1-2 with double digit losses to UCSB and Oregon State.

We should be the favorites in the Ft. Myers tournament--and it would be nice to be 5-1 with momentum going into the Nevada game.

Can we PLEASE focus on one game at a time. PM and the team does, and we should too!
Don't forget that our team is still in process of organizing and playing together.....

I'll let the team handle that--and I am sure they are. As fans, I see no problem looking ahead at future match-ups.

Why look ahead though and predict records when we’ll know within a couple weeks? Seems pointless, there’s a game tomorrow we’ll see what happens. We’re not the same team that went to the final four and we’ve barely seen our newcomers play. So predicting anything right now isn’t going to be accurate. We just lost to Furman, there’s clearly going to be a learning curve here. I hope we turn it around but I’m not going blatantly say that we’re going to win this tourney.

Because it is part of the fun of being a fan. Why predict anything--future recruits, future schedules, pre-season MVC predictions, etc.? What would we even talk about on this board without predictions and looking into the future?!

Definitely agree that we aren't the same team and there is a learning curve. But as a fan, it is fun to both watch and enjoy the process as well as think of 'what could be.'

Niagara did not turn in their starting lineup in time--think it has to be turned in at least 10 minutes prior to tip-off.

They should have let Sister Jean do it. (see Sports Illustrated interview)
