Also Drake's powder blue uniforms are sweet. Those are quality third uniforms.

For us, drop the Black and bring back the Gold

If Porter pulls a thibs and we have a Derrick Rose type of injury, I don't know if we can ever forgive him.

Walk on time. Anyone who might see even a couple minutes of time in a big NCAA tournament game should sit

The GoRamblers Bowl lived up to name; flaccid performance by Drake instead of the anticipated stiff competition.

Post game thoughts:

Tale of two halves. Sloppy a bit in the first half with the ball, 2nd half about as perfect as a team can play. Uguak, holy cow. I’ve been hard on him during his career at Loyola, but wow that was the best game his played in the maroon and gold. He’s been awesome this year, he knows his role, the system is clicking, defense has been suffocating, he’s been great and am very happy to seem him reach his potential here. Krut with another huge game, he’s on the Mt. Rushmore of Ramblers. Thought Norris had a sneaky good game, he had some good shots, played well defensively, like how he’s progressing with the team and will be great for us the next few years.

Was chatting with a fellow fan/grad and we both think that the 2018 teams mastery of the system/offense was better than this team but this team’s athleticism creates a ton more opportunities due to the the movement and passing. Team have to be aware all game of movement and back door cuts, it must be exhausting playing them. This years team defense is better, they are just bludgeoning teams. It’s been a really treat to watch this team come together.

Side note, Drake is a really good team, probably one of the better ones we have faced this year with Wisconsin and Richmond. Shame Hemphill isn’t out there because it would have been a fun battle to watch, but that’s a well coached team and they shouldn’t be taken lightly tomorrow or in Arch Madness. Tip of the cap to Drake for fighting hard most the game, especially coming off an emotional game and injury to their leading scorer.

Rest up guys, let’s roll it back tomorrow and do it again.

Waiting for Toledo to update his statistical analysis in support of benching Uguak.

Should be enlightening.

I can’t help but wonder if one of the rims was different than the other. Drake got some incredibly kind bounces in shots in the first half, and we put up 50 in the second half
