That's why I haven't signed up on Twitter. My better judgment hardly ever prevails...

If I may make a suggestion...the attached picture would be a wonderful profile picture.

Clearly, Moser has to pretend that everything is A-OK because he does not want to give his new recruits the perception that shit has hit--in large piles, if I may add--all over the fan. If I'm a new recruit who just made a commitment to play for Moser, I would start to question if that was good decision. I'm confident, however, that Moser will be able to use the exodus of transfers as a recruiting advantage. He could tell the recruits that he is so committed to signing them that he's making room on the roster for the future! Montel James (who looks like a good, athletic recruit) will definitely have more playing time with Johnson, Osborne, O'Leary and King leaving. I also think that we have a better shot now to land Jones and maybe even Berry.

I don't see what's wrong with that. As long as you ask in a polite & "professional" manner, there's no harm done. I doubt he'll provide a genuine answer though.

Why don't you try?

P.S - I would do it myself, but alas, I do not tweet.

Yeah, Moser can definitely promise the newbies immediate playing time at least.

My concern is the parents or some older, wiser advisor who is better able to appraise the situation for what it really is and steers the recruit elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I would want to emphasize my anger at the situation. Additionally, there's no way he would respond.

You know what...what the hell. I'll give it a shot (though I doubt it will be as polite and professional as it should be)

Honestly, I'm not sure I really care. It would suck for the young kid who chooses to play for Loyola and regrets his decision when a new AD decides to go in a "new direction" with the basketball program. I think PM knows that his chances of returning after next year are pretty slim, unless he can pull out a winning record and a top 4 or 5 finish in the MVC. This scenario is not necessarily impossible, but very improbable considering our current situation.

Being an avid reader of Ramblermania, I think PM will surprise you and respond to the question. Perhaps he'll agree that more transparency will quell some of the recent criticism.

Besides...you can only keep the big money donors like Swella and Brot in the dark for so long before they stop sending those yearly $100 dollar donations.
