Does anyone know if our team ever practices a press? If we ever have another game like this, i would like to see us constantly subbing guys in and out and trying to cause some turnovers with a press. At least test the other team and see if they have a weakness and can't break it... When was the last time we've ever tried to employ the full court press other than the last two minutes of a game?

I want to say that it's going to be one of those games that confuses the hell out of us (i.e. we win) but after tonight, not gonna happen.

I have to learn to stop getting excited about this team before January. It always comes back to bite me square in the ass.

SAME!

I was just thinking how nice it would be to have an 8-0 record going into the UIC game. Every. Single. Time.

To be fair, the team on the floor for a good chunk of the last ten minutes consisted of the 3 freshman with two other regulars. I don’t view that as a bad thing for them to get that type of experience. The rest of the bench came in with about two minutes left.
