My first "Selection Sunday" following the Ramblers. Last year the CBI Bracket was announced about 9:30 PM Central time. Post any CBI info here.

Teams likely in:
Rider (road)
Eastern Michigan
Hofstra
Loyola-Illinois

Rumored games:
None

yes, Loyola-Illinois, that is how we would be referred to if we ever made the NCAA bracket. That is the NCAA designation like it or not.

That always annoys me as well.

Speaking of Illinois, they would likely never accept a CBI bid, but it would present an interesting possibility if they did. Namely: they can't host any postseason game, as the inside of Assembly Hall is currently a giant pile of dirt with the renovations having already started. If I had to guess, I'd say they end up matched with ISU in the NIT, playing in Normal. But if they were to accept a CBI bid, the likely matchup could be against us...in Chicago.

Not sure what your source is, but in NCAA publications, we are referred to as "Loyola University Chicago".

Why not just refer to us as Loyola or Loyola Chicago. It is our board why not use the correct name?

Moser on The Score right now, talking about MVC. Said he gathered the team for the Selection Show.
