Unfortunately there will be two out of the three games (if necessary) in Monroe. This is listed on the UL Monroe web site. UL Monroe beat UAB on the road. They are 14 and 3 at home and 9-6 on the road and 1-3 on neutral courts. There overall record is 24-12. All of their CBI games have been close. They have size and they are experienced. Looks like the toughest challenge yet. |

Our little giants have surprised all and I mean ALL of us. Twenty-two wins and a chance to win 24 !! How good is that ?? I, in the beginning was hopeful--but doubtful---Then we started in winning--beating just the type teams I had screeched about--you know name schools in decent , not necessarily the best, in those conferences but in good conferences none the less. ( T-Tech, Boise, Kent etc.) --We travelled hither and yon and won. Most all of us were pinning our hopes on NEXT year--These guys would have none of that--They won NOW. --Hats off to-- ---Coach Porter Moser--This guy MUST be ecstatic ! ---Our team who played through losing our star for ELEVEN games--We hung tight even three others got banged up along the way--So what ! ---Our Administration who stepped up big time--how different from not so long ago WE are not yet finished--How proud I am---- Let's face it --we all know how old I am--I am pretending our team is doing this for me !!! What a thrill !! GO RAMBLERS --TWO MORE !!! |

It doesn't look like we have any common opponents this season. They had a very close loss to university of florida in the first month of the season. That looks impressive. It is going to be really important to get a win in gentile. I like our odds of getting one on the road but think it'll be tough to get 2. I think if we win this thing it's gonna go 3 games |
