OOOOPS !! What excuses will tomorrow's Trib give for that nine point HOME loss for ILLINI against power house NOTH FLORIDA ?? A decent San Francisco team beat UIC also on Flames court |

It was actually a 12 point loss. And it wasn't that close...N. Florida was up 20+ at one point. Although, to be fair, it was only technically a "home" game. It was actually played in Springfield, not Champaign, since Assembly Hall is still under construction. Illinois is not good this year to begin with, and a number of their key players are hurt. North Florida is supposed to be decent for an Atlantic Sun team. |

Western Illinois just beat Wisconsin, in Madison. Not a good night for the Big 10 We host WIU on Dec 21, so good night for our schedule. |
