WOW !! Our league received NADA after Panthers and Shox !! Four 'other" tourneys we are NOT in any one of them --or at least I could not find them listed.-- Granted I had to Google these tourneys-- Sad especially for ACES !! They were as good as or better Than at least 29 or so teams which ARE playing. Saukis pretty good as well. |

Other teams could've gone to the lesser tournaments, but declined. I know that was the case with SIU. |

Brot, FYI Upon hearing that the NIT did not invite them, the players at Evansville voted not to go to the other tournaments. ISU and SIU do not have the money to pay to go to a tourney thanks to the politics in Springfield. |

Thanks Guys for the info. Politics forever !!! Illinois and the Big ten !! Cripes--Its the same here in OHIO !! Ohio St or forget about it. And people here at St H wonder why I care little about the Buckeyes !! THERE ARE OTHER SCHOOLS BESIDES THOSE PILES OF STONE !! In both states the lists are long--and NOT just in Athletics. SO, I am always pleased when one of the "sanctified" go down such as PURDUE this day. BTW no contradiction--IO picked Mich St ONLY because of IZZO |
