I just heard a rare Ken Burmeister reference from David Kaplan on ESPN 1000. Kap apparently doing UIC games on CSN this year. UIC plays UT-San Antonio. As the Kap, Waddle, and Silvy are talking about the game, Kap just throw out there that Ken Burmeister used to coach there.

A minute later they talk about Loyola a few years ago when Kap was the emcee of the MVC media day at Loyola.

Hmm, I think I vaguely remember that! Damn old age. Wrong side of 30. Also, Carmen DeFalco's wife went to Loyola. And I believe Jeff Dickerson did a few Loyola games the last few years on CSN. I know I'm reaching for straws here.
