The Ramblers made 23 out of 24 free throws. That's like 133% by my calculation.
Kirby was 2-2 from the field and converted both freebies. Custer broke out of a mini scoring slump with 15 points.
The walkons all got some PT. All in all a nice road victory!

Nice to see Custer have a good game after some so-so performances while under the weather. Tyson Smith gave 17 good minutes and is looking stronger for the stretch drive. Kirby had his best game in a while, 12 minutes, 6 points, 3 rebounds, and didn't miss a shot. Nice to see the reserves get to play in a road conference game. I wouldn't be surprised if Baughman's parents weren't at the game, since Terre Haute is only 130 miles from Bloomington.

Doyle passed Les Hunter for 12th on the all time scoring list; he needs 81 more points to crack the Top 10. He was looking tired out toward the end of the game, and played "only" 30 minutes. I'm a little worried about Donte Ingram having his minutes catch up with him, too. Donte played 33 minutes and has to do a lot....

I'd argue both statements are true. We are good. They are not.

Almost forgotten in the blowout (it was 73-44 with about 6 minutes left) was the fact it was our first win in that building since joining the MVC. The last two places where we haven't won while MVC members are Redbird Arena and Koch Arena.

I'm 4-0 when going to games this year and I'll be in attendance for the game at Redbird Arena. Hopefully me being there means they will win.

Nice to blow somebody out on the road. Love how we didn't let up and kept hitting shots. I'd like to come up with something critical to say, but... man that was a nice W.

Wait, I thought of something. We go 1 on 1 too much on our fast break. Need to fill lanes and pass it more.

JCT, I agree about minutes, has been a concern going back to non-con. One thing I can say about Donte at least is he did have a 3 game break recovering from the MCL. Lost in the win, Ben only played 15 minutes with foul trouble... honestly good to see him get some rest. And have the bench play so well!
