Official email will be coming from Alumni Relations tomorrow or Thursday, but wanted to pass along in advance for those who aren't heading to St. Louis. Place will be decked out in Rambler swag and all TVs will be showing the game, including sound. Should be a fun atmosphere.

Time
Friday, March 3rd | 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Game tip- off: 2:35 p.m.

Location
The Rabbit Hole
1208 N. Wells St.
Chicago, IL 60610

Free appetizers will be provided and a cash bar will be available. In addition, a $25 three-hour drink package will be available for purchase, which includes Well Drinks, Wine and select Draft Beers (Lagunitas IPA, Goose Island Green Line, Stella Cidre, Bud Light and Miller Lite).

No RSVP necessary. Simply show up with your Rambler Pride!

If we win on Friday, the Rabbit Hole has agreed to do the same for the Saturday semifinal.

Go Ramblers!

Really wish we had the evening game. I will try to sneak out of the office a little early on Friday to make it--sounds like a great time!

Here is a link to information emailed out by Loyola this morning: Click here

Thanks to Rambler04 for posting the info (and I presume for hosting the event as well)!

Updated link with some additional information below. Excited to watch with some fellow Ramblermaniacs!

Feel free to email me with any questions (and feel free to bring non-alum friends as well). If we play Sat/Sun we will have similar meetups at Rabbit Hole.

For those who can't make it to Rabbit Hole on Friday, but can make it on Saturday if we advance, print this flyer and bring in for a free first drink!

Also, we need Loyola-themed names for a special $5 shot and $6 bomb. Current front runners are Maroon & Gold Shot and Rambler Bomb, but I know this board can do better***

***nothing derogatory, please!

Finally gave me a pitch I could hit!

Pulque About this sound ['pulke] (help·info) is an alcoholic beverage made from the fermented sap of the maguey (agave) plant. It is traditional to central Mexico, where it has been produced for millennia.[1][2] It has the color of milk, somewhat viscous consistency and a sour yeast-like taste.[3]
At the end of the 17th century, the Jesuits began large-scale production of the drink to finance its educational institutions. In this way, the making of pulque passed from being a home-made brew to one commercially produced.[5]

Maybe we could restart the production of this to make up for lost finances?

But how about a drink called 63? 6 ounces of something with 3 ounces of something else?

or a margarita like so Rambler Margarita. Made with 1800 Jose Cuervo gold Tequilla, Grand Marnier, Lime juice, sweet and sour mix, simple sugar and a dash of orange juice to make this the drink of a real rambler.

Could someone with an MVCFans board account post the watch party link as well? Apparently new users have to be approved. Glad to have Rabbit Hole be the Arch Madness Headquarters North.
