Per Jackson's twitter page he is heading to Arizona. I assume this means the team is not practicing which may mean the Ramblers will not play on.

Is LU on break? Because that wouldn't necessarily mean that they won't accept a bid. Perhaps coach is giving the team a few days before re-gathering at the end of the week.

I'd lean towards us not playing on, but I wouldn't read too much into that tweet.

Well the season is over. The AD sent an email to season ticket holders stating "Loyola finished the season 18-14....". Additionally the email concluded by saying "we look forward to seeing you on April 11." That is the date of the post season luncheon.
I do wonder what the reason to decline the CBI/CIT was although I agree with the decision.

Money for a home game but why not go on the road. Did the players vote down going on the road? I thought 25 said they were working on something and I wonder what changed the tide to not playing.

Like someone was saying earlier, I'm not sure if you can just say to the CBI, "We want to play for free." What happens if nobody wants to host? My assumption is that you have to put some skin in the game even if you only play one game on the road and lose.

Also, it's been a long year starting with the Spain trip. Probably makes sense to let Milton start his professional career and let the returners recharge a bit over spring break.
