It'll be tough, I'm sure high majors will have interest. But as someone who's clearly got the academic chops hopefully all the new academic facilities can help sway him.

Only a cockeyed Optimist would believe a mid major like the Ramblers has a chance snagging Boudreaux.

He will wind up at a high major, high academic school such as Stanford or Northwestern.

It’s a for profit institution; only one in NCAA. They have a TON of money and a real good team albeit in a pretty low conference. Sounds like Finke wanted to be the man early.

They also have an incredible atmosphere at their games that rivals any major school. It’s an interesting dynamic out there in the desert. I think this will be the first year since their move to D1 that they’re eligible for the Tournament.

Not necessarily. He gets to live in Phoenix, the school has enough money to pay him high major money, his name is worth a lot to them, I'm pretty sure the Christian focus of the school fits him, and they have enough money to buy their way into a lot of other conferences. Hell, there was talk on the MVC board of considering them for a Wichita State replacement.

True but a lot of jobs will open up this year: some because they didn't win and others swept up in the scandal. Plus I think the supply of potential head coaches will be trimmed greatly. No one will look at assistants at some high major schools like Kentucky for fear of hiring a cheater never mind guys like Pitino and pearl. I honestly wouldn't be surprised to see Leitao get fired after another 9 win season or Underwood get let go because of the scandal and either school make a multi-million dollar run at Majerle that GCU can't match.
