An interesting quote from today’s Trib article http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/college/ct-spt-loyola-porter-moser-20180502-story,amp.html Quote: I literally just walked away from (a recruit). It was so about (him). “I want to be all-league first year.” Well, we have a lot of good people coming back. I don’t mind people having goals, but when it’s all about that? I’m not changing because we got to a certain level. I want to continue to get better. Our talent level has risen but our profile of the person hasn’t.

I just saw Moser, Valentine, and Mullins showing Greene around campus with his mom and dad. They even went in to talk with Sister Jean. His dad was wearing a Loyola Basketball shirt, and it seemed like it was going really well. Wouldn't be surprised to see a commitment soon. |

Picked up offers from Wake Forest and Virginia Tech. If we could somehow snag him, would be one of our best recruits ever. |

Based on that video looks like he just transferred to Long Island Lutheran for his senior year. "LuHi" his one of the best schools out east so he was playing top notch competition in his one year there. His ppg went down from 24 to 15, but that can be expected when you move up and are playing with a lot more talent around you. Another high character winner by all indications! |
