As Swella noted in the 2018 thread we have our first offer out for 2019.

Christian Braun G 6'4"
Plays high school ball and with the same AAU team as Ben and Clayton. Couldn't find a ton on him but from what i could he sounds like a shooter in the mold of Ben.

Paxson Wojcik G 6'4
Another 6'4 guard. Plays ball at La Lumiere and the Illinois Wolves, probably the biggest hoops powerhouse in the country right now. We haven't offered but he's visited campus.

Another name to keep an eye on is 6'5 guard Jeremiah Hernandez out of Viator. I won't start doing long reports for 2019 until after the season. But another name to keep an eye on, he visited against Wright State and I wanna say I've seen a few other tweets about us watching him...

All three '19 prospects are in Porter Moser's recruiting sweet spot: 6'4" +/- a haircut.

Expect 2019 offers to start rolling through soon. We just offered 6’4 guard Perry Cowan of DePaul Prep. I’ve seen Cowan’s name hyped up for a few years now. DePaul, UIC, and Drake have offered.

Lots of visits and a pair of offers yesterday for the class of 2019. Including Big Frank Agunanne who was sitting behind the bench! Physically he looks like a stud.

Agunanne looked like he had a good time. He was active and cheering like he was on our bench already. Cool to see.

He was standing up and really cheering on Krutwig when he put the moves on Koch. As well as Negron late game.

I really think those 3 have a chance to form the best front court in mid major basketball before it's all said and done.

A couple of thoughts on the 2019 class. While I am already more than happy with the recruiting effort in our 2018 class, I think this next class will be huge for us. Time to strike as the iron is hot as they say. This will be the year we get to push all of the Final Four hype for the summer AAU circuit, and hopefully all of the previously mentioned 2019 recruits have seen how much we have blown up in the media. 3 open spots (plus who knows what happens with Avery or what we decide to do with the last remaining spot right now) could be huge.

Another thought crossed my mind though: I really hope we keep all of our assistants (Mullins especially), but I don't think that's realistic and I hope that doesn't hurt our next class. Obviously still a lot of time to keep recruiting, but our success might push Mullins, Valentine, etc.. out the door and with it some potential relationships with players.

I'm sooooooo excited about recruiting! If our coaches were able to sell Loyola to the guys we did in 2017 and 2018... they should be in the drivers seat for 2019.
