Congratulations to Milt!

I will be honest. I didn't see this coming. Wasn't convinced he was good enough. But then again I wasn't overly impressed with Gordon Hayward either when he came to play at Gentile while at Butler.
I guess this shows my lack of scouting ability.

I wasn't going to bring this up, but since you mentioned it...

The first time I met swella was in Gentile at a scrimmage before Milt's freshman year. Shall we say he applied his usual skepticism to Milt's prospects. In fact, I think, "not overly impressed" were the exact words used! Just another reason he's not our recruiting expert!

Coach said at the Golf Outing that Milt had several offers.....I am trying to recall but I think Atlanta, Miami and Carolina ...but it was at least 3 other offers....but it got a huge ovation in between bites of sausage and peppers

ahunte, I'm afraid you misunderstood me. When I said at the scrimmage I was "not overly impressed", I was referring to you.

Nobody shake my hand this fall. I may still be smoldering from that burn.
