Northwestern just signed a point guard, Bryant McIntosh, out of Greensburg Indiana. In comments about the signing (INSIDE NORTHWESTERN) it was revealed that Chris Collins will make Indiana and the Indianapolis area a major effort of recruiting. Isnt that our area? 5 guys from Indiana on the roster.We may or may not ever recruit the same kids again but it seems that Collins will be targeting two areas that LU has targeted, Chicago and Indy. Remember when Carmody was at NU we out recruited them for Osbourne(or was it OLeary?) NU has also signed Vic Law who we were recruiting. I much preferred the layed back approach of Carmody......It will be interesting to see if we go head to head with Collins for recruits. A side bar to this is that McIntosh had originally committed to MVC foe Indiana state |
