Hi everyone — I think I know some of you, but in case we haven't met, my name's Nick Schultz and I'm the sports editor of The Phoenix. I was the men's basketball beat writer last year and while I'm up higher in the ranks this year, I'm still contributing to our coverage for this coming season.

To start everything off, I've written a feature on how Porter will be coaching against one of his best friends, Todd Eisner, tomorrow night.

We have a lot in store for our coverage of Rambler basketball this season. Looking forward to talking hoops with you all this year!

Looking forward to seeing the freshmen and Aher in action.

Curious to see how many people show up for this exhibition. It hasn't been promoted that much.

Sadly, it doesn't look like it. I was hoping to stream it somewhere as well. All I saw was the live stats here: http://stats.statbroadcast.com/broadcast/?id=234952

Hopefully some Ramblermaniacs can make it and take some notes for us out of towners!
