OK now, I have been around a long time !! During that time LUC has been cheated by the "committee" time after time !! Now then I am positive based on this History it is going to do it again--The latest little wrinkle is Tier 1 and tier 2 etc !! BUT to "cheat" them, we can and will win out--We have the talent to do this--We have the Coach to do this.We have the dedication to do this. LUC from the onset has run a clean program--NO BLOTS EVER !! Oh Sully recruited guys who could NOT pass muster--What did OUR Jesuits do ?? Sully left as did the un- qualified scholastically recruits-- It now seems that the Kentuckys Louisvilles Bradleys of old Oklahomas and on and on march on dirt notwithstanding!! We and others like us play straight year after year and get cut so to speak. Now the POSITIVE--This team WILL win out--take no prisoners as it were. We SHALL get our Dance card BTW--Brots NEW conference--LUC- Valpo- Wright St- Illinois Chgo- Detroit- Duquesne -Mid Tenn- Drake- N Iowa- Clev St- Belmont W or E KY and ST Louis Canisius and Dayton Any 12 or 14 would be a fine well rated Conf. The A 7 is too unwieldy the Horizon just may disintegrate My positive PIE IN THE SKY dream !! |

Brot ..good post... In the back of my mind I am always wondering how the Valley will move forward.....I like the idea of a Midwest City Conference again. UWMilw,LU, U Indiana Indianapolis, Bradley, Drake, St. Louis, Oakland(and or Detroit), Belmont, Cleveland St, Wright St. |

Thanks Natey !! To carry on a tad more just look at the list of dirty Coaches and or schools !! All of them are back in busuness followingearlier "MISTAKES"--Most all helped along by the hypocritical MEDIA--They fawn over the KYS et al and then jump on them sanctimoniously when the trouble erupts !! See cbs.com today There are some 350 DI1 Hoops schools a vast majority are clean---Do we hear about them?? RARELY !! I say prove they are filthy and then slam them HARD-- Not the slap on the wrist stuff they have bee getting--Perhaps maybe forfeiture of upcoming games with a waiver that would allow clean athletes to transfer !! I am probably talking through my hat but schools such as Kentucky have been DIRTY for years off and on. EG in the fifties Ky was to beat us by six or so points no more--WE BEAT THEM BY TEN or so !! and on and on !!! |
