Wow!! The Palestra is legendary. I have been wanting to see a game there for years.

I am going to try and go to that one. Maybe a meet-up for the game and dinner in Philly? Easy to get to from anywhere on the East Coast, and a lot of cheap flights from Chicago.

The St. Joe game is Saturday December 22nd At the Palestra in Philadelphia on 235 S. 33rd St. It opened in 1927 and seats 8725. It is often called "The Cathedral of College Basketball" and is home to the Penn Quakers where former Loyola AD Grace Calhoun is the AD. It reminds me of Fordham University on campus arena in the Bronx. Should be a great game and a great venue.

That's awesome.

I love the reference to Cinderalla's castle. Glad that the fame has not faded.

That's a solid deal...

When do we expect the official release of the schedule?

I'm hoping any day now. Last year they released the schedule on August 21. I think 2016 they released it around August 30. Plus, I think the Valley will release the conference schedule in early September so you'd think it would be before that.

I predict . . . that we should see a non-conference schedule within the next 23 1/2 hours!
