The game is over. The Wildcats beat the Wolverines. And the ending tradition of the "One Shining Moment" video has taken place. The outcome of the tournament certainly was not the one we Rambler fans were looking for, but we can take great pride in the fact that for the first time ever, the Loyola Ramblers were a part of "One Shining Moment" the 2018 version. The Ramblers were not only included the video but featured prominently, as we should have been being a Final Four team, along with a glimpse of Sister Jean. Here's hoping we're prominent in "One Shining Moment" in 2019, 2020, 2021, and so on and so forth. And here's hoping this team that went to San Antonio does not become some sort of footnote in the Chicagoland fans' consciousness and is revered for years to come. We are on the same level as the 1995 Northwestern Wildcats football team that went to Pasadena, and that team is still very much remembered to this day among the populace.

Nice Maggs !! BUT no worries The RAMBLERS are back where they never should have left !! We will be ranked with Villanova Gonzaga X Butler and some others !! The Footballers will be relegated to just that !!Oh I suppose the NCAA will try to protect them BUT CLASS will rell as it always does--Rwas nice that Mich got its head handed to them--WE SHOULD HAVE BEATEN THEM BUT WE DID NOT !! OK !! Lesson learned !!
