Thanks guys! I feel honored for being linked to a legendary Ramblermania thread from years back. I'm sure a lot of newer Ramblermaniacs didn't get the reference. I haven't gone anywhere; I've been lurking regularly, just not posting much. And I've been obsessively watching video of all the unbelievable Rambler buzzer beaters. Not sure why I didn't contribute my fair share on the board during the tourney run, but I think I just got freaked out by the Ramblers' unexpected and unprecedented success and attendant notoriety and didn't know how to respond. Basically, I couldn't find my voice and...choked. Sorry. |

I just figured swella as a contrarian and stopped liking Loyola once they had success. |

I have to admit I was a little resentful of some of the Johnny Come Lately opportunists who came on Ramblermania to peddle tee shirts, rent out overpriced apartments in San Antonio, or co-opt a ready-made audience for their overwritten blog posts. |
