Was so angry about the Pat Schultz raw deal I decided to look at the Athletic Department staff to identify any likely villains.
Found out that Jermaine Truax was recently hired as the new Bucknell A.D. and will be leaving Loyola shortly.

I'm sure this move is somehow related to Pat's situation.

These titles drive me crazy as there appears to be a Deputy Director, Senior Associate Athletic Directors, Associate Athletic Directors, and Assistant Athletic Directors. It is so convoluted that I would like to see an organization chart so I could figure out how the department is suppose to work.

And the only woman listed in the staff directory other than academic and student services, administration, and coaching is the Director for Finance & Business Operations, Ramiza Vulic, and I do not believe I have ever seen her. There may be a couple of others but there are none in the higher profile positions. With the vacancy in the Deputy Director position, I challenge the AD to look closely at qualified women to find a replacement.

Why don't you put your money where your mouth is if you want to influence who they hire, instead of issuing meaningless "challenges"?

Timing. Plus Truax as a lame duck could safely act as the bad guy without worrying about future consequences or lingering ill will..
Also my womanly intuition tells me so.

What I really objected to was your call for more women in the Athletic Department after the Grace Calhoun calamity.
