I am pretty ignorant on the topic....but why all the loathing for Watson? It seems to me we have increased our spending, have had unequaled success (modern era), the highest interest level in years, new facilities and on and on.

Is there more to it than "I liked Pat & he doesnt have a job" and "I believe his kid got preferential treatment?"
