This is probably old news but anyway: The Fort Myers, Florida tourney will be Monday November 19th through Wednesday November 21st. There will be two Rambler home games before that week but the teams are not known. In the actual Florida event, the Ramblers will play the Richmond Spiders and then the winner of the Boston College/Wyoming match up. (or the if we lose the loser of the BC/Wyoming game). Thanksgiving is Thursday the 22nd. |

Great job by everyone involved getting out of the Bahamas and into this tourney. Mon 11/19 - Richmond Wed 11/21 - BC/Wyoming Tue 11/27 - Nevada Huge stretch that will make or break our OOC season. Guessing the two pre-Ft Myers home games are UMKC and Norfolk. Hoping the UMKC opener is Friday night instead of Tuesday. |

This is great news in my opinion. The difference in the end of year RPI between the teams that competed in the Savannah versus this tournament is night and day. I tip my hat to whom ever was involved in getting us out of that Bahamas tournament! I assume we had already signed some sort of contract to participate in that one.... I wonder if it cost us $ to bail on that one? Go Ramblers! |
