Always a nice event....usually get all the early news on the upcoming season..Coach Moser speaks and usually one other coach,,,great silent auction...great patio at Harborside to sit with a cocktail and watch the rest of us hack it around....A lot of the teams are usually represented as well. Last year Clayton Custer his dad and a couple of ringers won the scramble...But again you do not need to be familiar with golf....just come out a little before the dinner....get a chance to talk to the coaches, etc. pretty inexpensive way to support the program. |

Friday, August 3, 2018 http://www.loyolaramblers.com/news/2018 ... ust-3.aspx It always used to be on a Thursday, which kept me from considering going a few years. Having it on a Friday make is more possible for me. |

I would go for dinner but it is too far. Schedule it north of Madison Street next year and I will probably be there. |

Last year was Golf CLub of Illinois....other years at Cog Hill......I agree Friday is better than Thursday.....Harborside is a 15 minute ride from the loop |
