Conference USA in an attempt to get more Conference teams into the tournament....will re-arrange its schedule after the first 13 games and have the top 5 seeded teams play each other only in the last 5 games. .If it is successful you can expect to see it be adopted by other conferences I am guessing. Not sure of all the ins and outs of this plan ...but definitely innovative

After 13 conference games, teams are seeded and play last 5 games against by seed so the best teams play each other and improve SOS for tourney.

It will work and then the committee will change the rules so as not to allow more non P-6 schools get in. It is a great idea, though.
