Conference USA in an attempt to get more Conference teams into the tournament....will re-arrange its schedule after the first 13 games and have the top 5 seeded teams play each other only in the last 5 games. .If it is successful you can expect to see it be adopted by other conferences I am guessing. Not sure of all the ins and outs of this plan ...but definitely innovative After 13 conference games, teams are seeded and play last 5 games against by seed so the best teams play each other and improve SOS for tourney. |

It will work and then the committee will change the rules so as not to allow more non P-6 schools get in. It is a great idea, though. |
