You get the same number of practices regardless of when you start. If you start on 9/25 you must have more "off" days compared to a team that starts on 9/29. I actually think the season is too long. There will be MBB games at Gentile for six months this season (exhib. game in October and the regular season finale in March). I think the Saturday before Thanksgiving is a good first day to start the season (not Nov. 6th). Midnight Madness on Oct. 15th worked well. The Super Bowl should be in January as well. Opening Day for baseball should NOT be in March. The NBA should start in November. The World Series should always end in October (as it does this year) Christmas decorations should not go up until after Thanksgiving |

I believe Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone. I believe there ought to be a constitutional amendment outlawing Astroturf and the designated hitter.
