Anyone going to this tomorrow? Not sure I can make the drive up in time, but I might try.

Practice notes:

-Bujdoso looks like a steal; hustle all over the court made a lot of defensive and offensive plays. Hustles like crazy; ideal energy/culture guy; it’s only one practice but he didn’t look like a freshman
-Kaifes quietly made just about every shot he took in scrimmage drills. Great shooter; finished inside as well
-Custer and Townes both look like they’ve taken their game up another level; Townes in particular looks so much smoother going to the hoop. So much confidence from both on the court.
-Krutwigs footwork continues to be beautiful, lost weight and is moving really well. Williamson continues to be a defensive pest
-Uguaks finishing ability around the rim and ability to post up was super impressive; he’s like Ingram with a dribble drive game
-Negron and Agunanne both were better than expected under the rim; they’re not Krutwig; but they’re hands and touch was better than expected

Individually all the players looked good; big thing will be gel-ing as a team and getting that same ball movement as last year. Lots of new pieces taking on a lot of new info. They’ll probably be growing pains, but there’s a lot of talent to like.

Does this mean Negron is healthy? I know we were a little worried based off a picture from practice a week ago.

Wow, Blers... you've got me really optimistic. I like Krutwig losing a little weight, but not too much....

I'm hoping for big things from Agunanne.
