I've been working on this off and on between being crazy busy: new job, different commute, moving, trying to sell a house downstate, and other obligations. I'm pretty comfortable with the predicted order of finish, but I almost certainly made some omissions or mistakes on personnel availability. Please make your corrections in the comments....
