Awfully quiet here over the weekend. I assume like myself we are looking forward to Tuesdays game, but not sure what to expect or to be happy with as regards the outcome. Ill be curious to see what PM and the players have been working on since the BC game. Thoughts, or must I suffer in silence....

The most exciting thing for me right now is the recruits we have coming in. Kennedy averaging 30 a game, Welch averaging 20 and 10. Not much news for the current team otherwise!

At this point non-con is gonna be tough; idk what to expect for Nevada. They’re such a veteran heavy team, so talented and will definitely want to win (really curious to see them next year with all they lose). We just need our shots to fall. Right now we kinda look like the post CBI year where the offense is moving well but we there’s a permanent lid on the basket.

Season Pros
-Lucas Williamson is going to be special. Amazed by how much his game has improved. If he can develop into a leader of this team by conference play we’ll be in great shape.
-Kaifes, Bujdoso, and Agunanne have all flashed. They’ll all be players by the time they’re juniors. But right now it’s about getting something from them consistently (they need more minutes to get confidence IMO, everyone complains but a benefit of an early D2/3 game is that you can get them out against a hostile team for an extended period, we don’t get that til late non con this year)
-we crushed Richmond. And have shown some really great spurts.

Season Cons
-can’t consistently hit shots for some reason
-definitely pressing at times
-personal is lacking at least one additional shooter. Having Hall eligible would be MASSIVE in spreading the floor. Him splitting time with Uguak next season will be a big time help

We’ve lost to 2 really good teams. We’re not losing to Tulane or Milwaukee. Furman and BC are legit at this point in the season. I feel good where we are in regards to the rest of the conference. It’s a loooong season and I love that we’re getting tested now; adversity now is better than being tested the first fine we play Illinois state or Bradley

I just hope everything is cleared up from the snowstorm by Tuesday, and the place is packed. Looking pretty dicey right now for my drive up.

Also for Nevada to get here tomorrow.

I'm hoping we can get the ball to Krutwig more and play some inside out offense. Maybe we will see a starting lineup change? I still want to see Aher getting good minutes, but we can't afford a slow start against Nevada.

Hope everybody had a good Thanksgiving!

Pray for some threes.

EDIT: Nevada flew in today.
